Our inn will be closed during the winter period, and reopens on April 1st 2023

Check-in is between 4 and 8 pm and departure by 10 am.

The crib or cot are free

Our rooms all have private bathrooms. We provided the rooms with sheets and towels. Any additional change of linen, daily cleaning of the room and pool's towels, are available with an extra fee.

It will also be possible, for a group of friends or a family, reserve the whole farm to live the holiday independently.
All our bedrooms, the living room, the kitchen, all our garden and the pool will be private for you. If you want, we would be pleased to offer our restaurant service for dinner and breakfast to let you discover the cuisine of La Gavina!

The tourist tax applied by the City of Monteriggioni is not included in our price.

According to the City Council resolution n. 11 of 02/28/2012, the City of Monteriggioni will introduce the tourism tax, from April 1st.
Revenues raised from the tax will be designed to promote maintenance and recovery of cultural heritage and local environment,

the promotion and financing of new investments in the tourism sector for the promotion of local marketing acti vities.
The objectives are shared by the local administration and business groups involved. Therefore, tourists can consider

the tourism tax of Monteriggioni not only as a simple withdrawal but also as a contribution to the area.

The tourism tax rate is € 2 per person per night for a maximum of 4 consecutive nights.
There are the following exemptions:
- Children (up to 12 years old);
- People staying for health reasons (or their carers);
- Bus drivers and tour guides (1 per 25 participants);

- People staying in accommodation because of actions taken by public authorities to deal with emergencies resulting from natural disasters or extraordinary nature or for purposes of humanitarian relief.
The tax will be payed to the hotel and transferred to Monteriggioni Municipality.
